At Fields & Linen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original package.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including final sale items, personalized products, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us thegiftedaffect@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item please return the original item and and place a new order.
